Just Chili, Inc. is a privately held San Diego, California based firm founded in 1979 and operated by Bill & Sherry Ingram.  As a restauranteur, Bill developed an award winning chili mix and California Hot Sauce as a condiment for the "Just Chili" restaurant.  Although the restaurant has since been sold, Bill  & Sherry have remained in the Hot Sauce business.
