A San Diego regional specialty is the FISH TACO.  Just Chili - California Hot Sauce, straight or mixed with a white sauce is outstanding.  The sauce is excellent and goes well with fish, chicken and marinades.  Also enhances Mexican, Italian and Asian recipes.  Just Chili is terrific when mixed with ketchup, traditional steak or barbecue sauces.  When blended with sour cream, salad dressing like Ranch or Blue Cheese, it enhances the dressings flavor and brings them alive.  Hot wings - YES, oyster shooters-YES, seafood cocktails- YES.
